It is able to do this by providing non heating fibres with excellent levels of quality proteins that benefit ligaments & tendons as well as muscles. Digest Plus Prebiotic has been included into the mix this helps promote gut efficiency by giving beneficial gut bacteria the food it needs to be more efficient in its actions.
